Step 1: Slice the beef into thin strips removing any excess fat
Step 2: Peel 6 cloves of garlic, then chop the garlic into fine pieces. Sprinkle the finely chopped garlic over the pieces of beef. Then sprinkle the ground pepper and chicken stock over the beef. Rub the ingredients into the beef so that each piece is coated
Step 3: Add the vegetable oil to the wok or pan, and turn to a high heat. When the pan is hot, add the beef to the pan. Stir the beef around the pan
Step 4: Follow by adding the oyster sauce, and stir
Step 5: Whilst the beef is cooking, slice some spring onions, then add them to the pan, mixing everything together thoroughly
Step 6: After about 10 minutes of cooking, the beef should be ready. Serve on a plate with some Thai jasmine rice
